The purchaser will be entitled to a full refund if the purchaser cancels his/her/their course within 14 days of our receiving the order.  In the case that the purchaser buys a course designed for two or more students, Test Prep Supernova will respond only to the purchaser's request for a cancellation or refund.

 

Outside the above mentioned situations, cancellations and refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions explained in this Cancellation and Refund policy.  To be clear, the period in which a course may be canceled expires 14 days after the date that the order is confirmed.

 

We will reimburse the purchaser's money using the same form of payment as was used for the original transaction unless we have mutually agreed to another form of reimbursement.

If a student or students begin to use a teacher's services or access course materials through an online platform during the cancellation period (this would include, for example, if the course begins during the aforementioned 14-day cancellation period), then no refund will be available.

 

Cancellation by Test Prep Supernova

 

Although all effort will be made to avoid changes or cancellation of one of our courses, we reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any course.  In the case that a student or students have already begun a course, the purchaser will be reimbursed a percentage of his/her/their class according to the number of hours remaining in the course package.
